How to book online?

You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
What is the refund or rebooking policy for cancellations?
Trip changes or refunds shall be processed only at the passenger’s designated origin or departure station.
Passengers must present their ticket voucher upon boarding; otherwise, the ticket may be forfeited in favor of management. The passenger may still be accommodated on another trip within the same day as a chance passenger, subject to seat availability.
What is the baggage allowance and policy?
- Hand-carry baggage is free.
- Each passenger is allowed a free 20 kg check-in baggage. System-generated fees will be charged for excess baggage.
- VTCI reserves the right to transfer said baggage to another bus when necessary.
